London's Mark Henning has risen up as one of the underground's true players - recording for a volley of acclaimed international labels. Born in 1977 to English and German parents, he has spent most of his life in England, though has never forgotten his German roots and has recently relocated to Berlin after ditching his city job in London. Having released his debut album ‘Jupiter Jive’ on legendary UK institution Soma Recordings in the summer of 2008 to great acclaim, followed up with eight EPs in 2009, Mark is busy DJing and touring his Live PA all over the world. This is one artist who is really breaking out of the mold, having been picked out as a nominee for DJ Mag’s Best of British Awards for Best Breakthrough DJ 2009.

Mark's productions have been making serious waves in the scene - anyone who's heard his music will know he doesn't abide by the book. His sound sits somewhere between house and techno, with a healthy dose of groove, swing, deepness and weirdness - all the required ingredients to have the crowds busting crazy moves on the dancefloor. He has established his artist career not just through his productions – on well-regarded labels such as Soma, Frankie, Clink, Om, Cynosure, Trapez, Freude am Tanzen, Hypercolour and Einmaleins - but also through his worldwide performances, having been booked at clubs such as Fabric, Panorama Bar, Privilege, Rex, Bar 25, La Terrrazza, T-Bar, The Egg, Space, Watergate, The Arches and Harry Klein..

Mark’s tracks have been licensed to recent BUGGED OUT, FABRIC and M-NUS compilations - as well as achieving regular airplay on radio stations worldwide. His much-respected productions have been supported and played out regularly over the past few years by the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Akufen, Steve Bug, Loco Dice and Richie Hawtin. As a remixer, he also keeps busy - having reworked tracks by artists such as Gaetano Parisio, Mr. G, Lee Jones, Tigerskin and Chris Fortier.

Drumcode. w/ Adam Beyer, Chris Liebing & more. Was On Saturday, September 25th. @ EWER STREET CARPARK, LONDON BRIDGE, SE1 ONR, 10pm - 6am

ADAM BEYER comes to London for the first time in over a year to showcase his critically acclaimed DRUMCODE label in London’s most exciting underground warehouse space.

This September, Swedish techno superstar Adam Beyer brings his winning formula to the UK, delivering one of the biggest lineups of the year. Following the success of Drumcode events around the world Adam heads a lineup that features a host of Drumcode talent as well as extra special guest CHRIS LIEBING.

World-renowned as one of techno’s dons, Adam Beyer is one DJ you won’t want to miss. Adam Beyer's music is synonymous with all that is exciting about electronic music today – with a hard, percussive sound that has influenced so many. Internationally recognised as one of the powerhouses behind the popularity of Sweden’s Stockholm sound on the global techno scene, Adam continues to push the boundaries of electronic music, alongside his friends – and fellow techno stalwarts – Joel Mull and Cari Lekebusch.

Synonymous with strong concepts and high production, the Drumcode label showcases all that is best about Adam Beyer’s DJ sets – bringing together the diverse sounds of techno and highlighting why his sound is in such demand across the globe. The label’s focus is on demonstrating the quality and diversity of techno, and The Drumcode Warehouse Party is set to go OFF, as Adam brings along a massive lineup of international talent to rock London like no other party.

Germany’s Chris Liebing is one of the world’s leading and most exciting techno artists – the driving force behind the labels CLR and Spinclub Recordings. Based in Berlin, Chris has headlined major dance events around the world, including a residency at Cocoon Ibiza, playing alongside Carl Cox at Space, and is world-renowned for his hard-working and boundary-breaking approach to bringing new sounds to the techno fold.

As one of techno’s leading lights, Chris Liebing and his label CLR have played a part in the constant evolution of techno as a genre over the last decade. His performances are nothing short of legendary!

The Drumcode Warehouse Party boasts one of the strongest lineups this year. Supporting these two techno heavyweights is Drumcode’s French minimal techno DJ Paul Ritch whose production has garnered him critical acclaim. From the UK, Alan Fitzpatrick is another Drumcode big-hitter whose high-quality techno sound has won him fans around the world.

Drumcode also presents eclectic legend Cari Lekebusch, and Drumcode favourite Joel Mull – whose sound has been rocking Drumcode parties for more than seven years – and who is one of the most exciting and innovative producers in electronic music today.
